What Our Clients Say
Meet the Team at BNB Made Easy & Book Orange
Moune is essentially our 2IC. She ensures our day-to-day operations run like clockwork. Moune also oversees our finances and our Bathurst portfolio. Her warm nature and her daily support create a sense of “family” within our team.
Fun Fact – Moune has a side business gig, creating bespoke labels and stickers. She is also a mum to three teenagers.
Tim was raised in Orange and founded BNB Made Easy in 2018. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the business. Tim is the first point of call for our clients and is always striving to find smarter ways to deliver exceptional experience.
Fun fact – Tim can quote every line of the Simpsons and is a history buff.
Molly manages our entire home host team and holds regular meetings where we collaborate, review feedback and ensure our cleaning standards remain up to that of a 5 star bnb. She coordinates cleaning schedules, maintenance checks and helps to arrange appropriate local services to maintain our properties at a high level of standard.
Fun Fact – Molly is an exceptional soccer player who loves post game bevies.
Flora, along with husband Tim, is co-owner of Bnb Made Easy and Book Orange. She is our number one cheer leader and support person. Her constant support provides our team with a fabulous culture where we feel nurtured. Her passion for food keeps us all well fed.
Fun Fact – Flora is French! Flora became an Aussie after marrying her dream man after a romance blossomed on an overseas trip.
Alicia is our newest team member to join Bnb Made Easy. Her background in property management gives her the essential skills to focus on property maintenance and also provides guests with a happy, helpful and cheerful experience at reservations.
Fun fact – Alicia has impeccable organisational skills, bordering on OCD, which we love. She has this office is tip-top order.
Reservations and Maintenance Manager
Bec has a background in business management and customer service. She is our Project Manager of our sister business, Book Orange. Her focus is providing our guests with local tips, adding that personal touch by connecting them to other local businesses and services. Her mission is to inform the community of the importance of book direct through our local platform, Book Orange.
Saskia has a background in customer service and finance. She focuses on ensuring all of our guests enjoy their stay in our properties. She uses the latest research and technology to build and optimise our listings, ensuring our occupancy rates and revenue remain high every month. Saskia also manages our medium-term reservations.
Fun Fact – Sas is a creative genius. She can paint, creates epic grazing boards and the woman can bake!
Guest Experience and Reservations
Megan is our Home Host Leader. She is flat out a wizard when it comes to servicing our homes. Her main role is quality control, ensuring our high standards are maintained within our home host team. She provides training to new home host employees and on a regular basis conducts spot checks on all our property portfolio.
Fun fact – Megan’s secret talent is she is an epic chef in the kitchen….also they call her the bleach queen.

We are on a 9 x Airbnb Superhost streak! This means we’ve been recognised as providing exceptional service and have accumulated 100’s of five star reviews. Properties managed under our profile automatically reap the benefits of a Superhost account such as increased visibility of your listing, and higher booking rates.
Our Managing Director, Tim Mortimer, is a licensed NSW real estate agent (No. 20213785). This means all payouts are directed into a trust account which is regularly audited to ensure compliance with state regulations. These payments are then disbursed to you at the end of month.
