While the nightly rate for hotels and motels may look cheaper at first glance, Airbnb accommodation allows multiple guests to stay in one home, rather than requiring a separate hotel room for each traveller. This can result in a far cheaper rate per person, per night.

Short-term rentals also include a range of benefits not found at hotels & motels, including multiple living spaces, a full kitchen including coffee machine, and laundry, all of which can reduce your other travel expenses.

You can! Airbnb does allow businesses to book and travel on their platform. However, you’ll likely spend a lot of time (and therefore money) finding accommodation that suits your needs, is available, and ensuring you’re getting the best price while avoiding unnecessary fees. You also might run into issues with communication with individual Airbnb Hosts, or quality of properties.

With BNB Made Easy’s corporate accommodation service, you can focus on what matters most to your business, while we find the best rates and properties to suit your requirements.

We offer a 5 day cancellation period, so if you let us know at least 5 days prior to your check-in that you need to cancel or change your booking, you won’t pay any extra fees. 

If you need to extend or shorten your stay, speak with our friendly reservations team and we’ll do our best to organise the change for you.

We require most long-term bookings to have a service clean every two weeks, and we can offer more frequent service cleans on request to keep your guests comfortable.

Service cleans are usually completed on a weekday, but can be moved to suit your traveller’s schedules.

All homes have self-service check-in – either a lockbox at the property with keys, or a digital smart lock.

We can create simple check-in sheets with all the details your travellers need, which can then be printed out or forwarded to your travellers. This helps your guests stay organised, and saves you time answering questions or passing on details.
