No problem! We offer a 24-hour cancellation period, so if you let us know at least 24 hours prior to your check-in that you need to cancel or change your booking, you won’t pay any extra fees.

We require most long-term bookings to have a service clean every two weeks, and we can offer more frequent service cleans on request to keep your guests comfortable.
Service cleans are usually completed on a weekday, but can be moved to suit your traveller’s schedules.
All homes have self-service check-in – either a lockbox at the property with keys, or a digital smart lock.
We can create simple check-in sheets with all the details your travellers need, which can then be printed out or forwarded to your travellers. This helps your guests stay organised, and saves you time answering questions or passing on details.
