Terms and Conditions for “1 Month Free” Property Management Promotion

1. Eligibility:

1. This offer is available only to new clients who sign a property management agreement with BNB Made Easy

2. The offer is valid for properties that meet our selection criteria and are accepted into our management portfolio.

2. Duration, Promotion Period and Scope:

1. The “1 Month Free” period, applies to the first full calendar month, following the day the listing is made live on Airbnb by BNB Made Easy. The promotion then applies to that entire calendar month. For example, if the listing is pushed live on the 5th of October 2024, the first full calendar month following that date that this promotion would apply to would be November 1st-30th 2024. Standard fees apply for the part month before your “1 Month Free” period.

2. For bookings that commence within, but extend beyond the promotional “1 Month Free” period, our standard trust accounting rules will apply. This means that bookings that falls within the promotional calendar month will be covered by the promotion, while any extension portion of the booking that extends into the following month will be subject to our regular accounting procedures.

3. This offer commences on 1st September 2024 and concludes on 31st December 2024. To take advantage of this promotion, property management agreements must be signed within this period.

4. The free month applies to our standard property management service, including guest communication, marketing, cleaning coordination, and maintenance oversight.

5. Any additional services requested by the property owner, such as deep cleaning, repair work, or special requests, are not included in the free month and will be billed separately.

3. Commitment:

1. To qualify for the “1 Month Free” promotion, clients must commit to a minimum contract period (6 months) of property management services with BNB Made Easy.

2. Early termination of the contract by the client will result in forfeiture of the free month and may incur standard termination fees as outlined in the management agreement.

4. Payment Terms:

1. No management fees normally charged by BNB Made Easy will be charged for the first complete calendar month. However, bookings during this period will be subject to the usual platform commissions or fees as specified in the management agreement.

2. After the initial free month, regular management fees will apply as per the agreed-upon rates in the management contract.

5. Acceptance of Terms: 

1. By signing up for the “1 Month Free” property management promotion, the property owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
