Room Servicing/Mid-stay cleaning

If you’re staying for a while, you can request a service clean through your guest boarding pass (link emailed in your reservation confirmation), or call us on 5325 8561 to arrange this. A small fee applies.

Fire Safety

In the event of an emergency, the evacuation plans are located in one of three locations (either back of the front door/back of the bedroom door/near the QR Code).
Please familiarise yourself with these upon arrival. Note, the alarm will sound in case of a fire.
